Privacy Policy for Clipboard Workspace
About this policy
Clipboard Workspace is provided by Aktyva konsaltynh technologies. This policy describes how the app handles information when you organize reusable text, use templates, access the clipboard, and import or export files.

Information accessed and stored
Clipboard Workspace processes the content you enter or choose to import. This includes snippet titles and text, collections, tags, favorites, and template text containing placeholders. That content may include personal information if you put it there.
The app saves your workspace locally on your Android device using app-private storage. No account is required. The inspected app does not send workspace content to the developer or operate a developer-hosted synchronization service.
Template field values are used in memory to preview and copy completed text. They are not separately saved as template field records. Completed text is placed on the system clipboard when you choose Copy result.
Clipboard access
The app reads clipboard text when you select Import from clipboard and opens that text as an editable draft. It writes text to the clipboard when you copy a snippet or completed template. It does not monitor the clipboard in the background.
Text placed on the system clipboard is handled by Android and may be accessible to other apps according to your device's operating-system restrictions. Deleting a snippet or workspace does not clear text already copied to the clipboard.
Files and backups
The app accesses documents you select through Android's document picker. Plain text opens as an editable draft. Supported JSON workspace files are reviewed before their snippets, collections, and tags are added to your existing workspace. Imported activity history is not merged.
When you export, the app writes a JSON file to the location you choose. The export includes snippet text and titles, template text, collections, tags, favorites, activity history, and the activity-recording setting. Exported files are not encrypted by the app.
Your chosen document provider may store or synchronize files through its own services. Those services handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Recent activity
Activity recording is enabled by default. When enabled, the app keeps up to 100 recent records of snippet opens, copies, and template uses. Each record includes the associated snippet identifier, the action, and its time. This history is stored locally and used to display recent activity.
You can disable recording in Settings. Disabling it stops new records but keeps existing history until you clear it. You can clear activity history without deleting saved snippets.
Purposes of processing
The app uses your information to save and organize text, search and filter your workspace, manage favorites and collections, fill and preview templates, copy text, import and export documents, and display recent activity. These functions operate locally in the inspected application.
Sharing and third-party software
The inspected application does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, or remote crash-reporting SDKs. Its declared libraries support the interface, local data serialization, and application operation. No developer-directed transmission of workspace data to third parties was identified.
Information leaves the app's private storage when you choose to copy text or export a file. Android system backup is also enabled in the app configuration. Depending on your device and backup settings, Android may back up and restore app data through the operating system's backup service. This is separate from an in-app synchronization feature.
The Android manifest includes internet permission, but the inspected application does not implement network transmission of workspace data.
Security
The app uses Android app-private storage for its saved workspace and system document-selection interfaces for file access. The inspected implementation does not add its own encryption to the saved workspace or exported JSON files. Device security and any operating-system backup protections depend on your device and service settings.
Some failed storage or document operations write technical exception details to Android's system logs. No remote log-upload mechanism was identified.
No storage or security measure can guarantee complete protection. Consider the sensitivity of text before saving it, copying it, or exporting it to a shared or synchronized location.
Retention and deletion
Saved workspace content remains locally until you delete it or remove the app's local data. Activity history is limited to the latest 100 recorded events and can be cleared at any time.
You can delete individual snippets and remove collections, including their snippets when you choose that option. Deleting a snippet also removes its associated activity records. Settings provides Delete all workspace data to remove the saved workspace content and history. You can also use Android's app-storage controls to clear local app data.
Deleting data inside the app does not delete exported files, clipboard contents, or copies retained by document or system backup providers. Manage those copies separately through the relevant device or service controls. In the browser preview, workspace information is stored in browser local storage and can also be removed through the browser's site-data controls.
For deletion questions or requests, contact mateuszbednarski696@gmail.com. The app has no account-based deletion service, and the developer cannot remotely access or erase a workspace stored only on your device.
Children's privacy
No specific intended age group has been established in the supplied app information. The inspected application does not include registration, age profiling, advertising, or a mechanism that sends children's personal information to the developer. Any personal information entered into snippets is handled through the local features described in this policy. Contact the privacy address if you have a concern about a child's information.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to Clipboard Workspace or its data handling. Review the policy accompanying the version you use for the current description of these practices.
